Payment for Guardianship Services for Nursing Home Residents
This event introduces the Rudow payment mechanism for guardians of MassHealth recipients in long-term care settings. The program will discuss eligibility for the Rudow deduction, how to apply for it, and provide learners with templates of necessary forms. NOTE: This event is specific to Medicaid in Massachusetts and may not be relevant to people outside of the Commonwealth.
