The Acuity Scale is a tool developed to allow guardianship agencies to document clearly and consistently the difficulty of cases and will help plan for and manage caseloads. We expect this scale to become a popular tool for guardianship programs nationwide to document their case decisions and spread challenging cases throughout their program.
